I pointed out Jtdir1 abusiveness months ago on this list, but I don't think
anybody paid attention at the time. Abusive persons never change their
behavior, as generations of women have learned the hard way.

Until Wikipedians agree to take a harder line on abuse of other editors,
instead of always making excuses for the abuser, this is going to keep
happening.
