[WikiEN-l] RK's continuing participation

Everyone,

RK has made continued contributions to Wikipedia, so far only to talk 
pages.  I have every reason to believe that he will wish to edit 
articles as well.

I believe that we should welcome RK.  His depth of knowledge in certain 
subject areas, his writing ability, and his willingness to work hard 
offer great potential to help the project.

However, it is also necessary to clear the air.  Some of RK's actions in 
the past have been unacceptable.  I would hope that he would not 
continue them.  Unfortunately, his most recent contributions appear to 
be rather unhelpful.

Any suggestions?
