I have to object to this Steve.  Either the name is offensive and we do
something about it, or it is acceptable and we don't - whether you think the
guy/gal is being a jerk in other ways shouldn't come into it.  If there are
problems elsewhere, surely we can deal with them directly - not by making
the rules different for this one user.
