[WikiEN-l] New user TomD1939

Could somebody admin-like take a look at new User:TomD1939
please?  The database seems to be in a weird state, where
his user contributions only list a couple of changes, but
"recent changes" shows more, and his user page either exists
or doesn't exist, depending on how you ask the question,
even after browser cache is cleared and page reloaded.
His changes are fine, but if his state looks weird to me,
it likely is being squirrely for him, and as a new user,
he won't know whether or not it's normal for Wikipedia.
