Everyone *does* sign their letters, in the From: header.
Some additionally sign them in the text, for convenience;
but if you don't see that, then check the From: header.

What we don't always have is a link between the letter
and a username *on*Wikipedia*.  Maybe that's what you meant.
It'd be nice if everybody signed with their Wikipedia username
(except where it matches their email username).
