I thought we decided to do [[Slogan '{slogan text}']]
so it doesn't confuse people with [[Wikipedia:
{something}]] or [[Special: {something}]]. On the
naming policy for slogans page, there only is [[...
(slogan)]] and [[Slogan ' ... "]]
