[WikiEN-l] Deb for sysop

Given her immense workload and quality of her contributions to wiki, I would 
like to propose Deb to be a sysop. She is one of the best contributors to 
wiki; thorough, factual, straight-thinking, etc. I think the high standards 
of excellence she has contributed to wiki would make her an ideal sysop and 
it is a pleasure to nominate her. In fact I had always presumed she was one 
until she asked me as a sysop to do something because she could not do it 
herself. That I believe should be rectified immediately.
