[WikiEN-l] overdoing it with the [edit] tags

Im finding these edit tags poping up everywhere is
noying as heck. I just turned em off in the prefs --
maybe they should default to off, and then 
maybe a __NOEDTAG__ feature for special cases might be
appropriate.
