[WikiEN-l] bizarre vandalism

Someone has been replacing articles with bizarre texts. 

<A HREF="http://www.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=Special:Contributions&target=138.245.220.134">138.245.220.134</A> replaced [[Wikipedia:Always fill summary field]] with 
information on the Christian view of long hair, while <A HREF="http://www.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=Special:Contributions&target=130.104.227.101">130.104.227.101</A> 
replaced [[Wikipedia:About]] with an essay on truth. 

Keep an eye out for similar changes.
