Jonathan, this person is a true vandal.  We aren't talking about a
single controversial edit, but an ongoing series of attacks, including
cursing and so on.

Last Saturday, he was hopping from ip number to ip number, userid to
userid, defacing pages left and right.

Your toleration of vandalism is noted.
