We just had another hit and run attack on List of people with visual
disabilities and Manuel II of Portugal by User:Kosana.

He put a single dot on his user-page to before commencing the attack to make
it less obvious that he had just created the user. He did this with the user
I reported earlier. Is there a way to check for users with this on their
user page?
