[WikiEN-l] Changing 'Bug reports' to 'Contact us' in the sidebar

There seems to be unanimous agreement to do this, but I'm really hesitant to 
make a change that will affect 360,000 pages. 

I already did this on meta and it took nearly a minute for the two MediaWiki 
pages to update and the whole wiki seemed to crawl when I did that. Last 
thing I want to do is slow down en.wikipedia for a half hour or more!

So am I just being too paranoid or would the wiki really slow down like I 
think it might?
