I think Notheruser and Ams80 might have been missed?  They have requested
and been backed for sysops.

Or maybe the mail saying it's been done is just backed up at the server - in
which case just ignore me :P

(Of course, me spelling Ams80 wrong in my last message might have confused
things - sorry Andrew!)
