[WikiEN-l] Addition of just external link pages

making contributions to many articles) keeps adding new "articles" that 
consist of nothing but "External link" and a link to some website.

IMHO these are *not* articles, not even stubs. Therefore, I just deleted 
3 or 4 of them.
