Are bots blocked on http://en.wikisource.org/ ?

I'm user:LA2 and have registered the user "File Upload Bot (LA2)", 
but when I try to run the
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki_Bulk_Page_Creator
I get the following back:
