[Translators-l] Steward elections 2-2011

Hi folks!

We are having a second steward elections this year and need your help in 
translating the messages. We already copy and pasted the things from the 
election earlier this year, but the dates need to be fixed and later on 
the candidate presentations needs also to be translated.

For now it would be good if [1] could be updated and [2] needs a 
translation. More stuff that needs work can be found at [3].
