[Translators-l] Call for translations: Subtitles for Wikipedia Videos

Greetings and hi,

I am quite confused over the translation instructions. Do we create a new page
with the translated version with the following format
"TimeText:Edit Button.ogv.en.srt" where "en" is replaced with the language
translated?

Regards,

So, have I understand right, user not need to have any Commons gadget to watch
subtitled videos? And you will upload the subtitles to YouTube?

best regards
Olli
