Hi,

So to clear up some issues which have arisen:

* Running setmail and setlicense within acctrenew currently doesn't work.  I'll 
  fix this later today, in the mean time you can run them manually.

* If you do not have an email address set and cannot remember your LDAP 
  password, you should file a ticket in JIRA.

* acctrenew must be run on a Solaris login server.  This effectively means it 
  must be run on willow, since nightshade does not run Solaris and 
  wolfsbane/ortelius are web servers, not login servers.
