[Toolserver-l] Account expiry

I'm also in the same loop.
In addition, when I was trying to run 'passwd', I got the following  
message.

wiki_researcher at willow:~$ passwd
passwd: Changing password for wiki_res
passwd: User unknown: wiki_res

My account id is 'wiki_researcher', not 'wiki_res'.
Does anyone have the same issue?
