hi,

Subversion (svn.toolserver.org) has been moved from amaranth to our new
high availability cluster.  we will be monitoring it to make sure
everything is working correctly before moving other services to the
cluster, e.g.  NFS and LDAP.

no change is required from users, but you may have to wait up to an hour
(from 16:09 UTC) for DNS changes to propagate before you can access
svn.toolserver.org.

please report any problems in JIRA.
