No thanks. Wikis at least have some protection in the form of
accountability and html-injection-preventions. A chmod 666 text file does
not.

Just a plain text file please, or the output from a wiki page (i.e. by
using https://wiki.toolserver.org/w/index.php?page=Main_Page&action=render
or https://wiki.toolserver.org/w/api.php?action=parse&page=Main_Page)
