[Toolserver-l] Simple Geohack-like tool for CAS numbers

Hi Magnus,

would it possible to put that tool under a free license (or I just
oversaw that)?
I want to use that tool with changes it would be much helpfull if the
tool is under such license instead of inventing the wheel new.
