[Toolserver-l] DNS aliases for databases now available

hello,

it's now possible to connect to a database server using names of the
form <database>-p.db.ts.wikimedia.org, for example:

  enwiki-p.db.ts.wikimedia.org
  roa-rupwiki-p.db.ts.wikimedia.org

these resolve to the database server holding that database.  the sql-s*
aliases still work as well.
