<div dir="ltr"><div>For this month's suite of retrospectives within Discovery[1], I had the teams experiment with a "five finger" retrospective format, which I have documented on wiki[2]. It is based on the 2-5-1 storytelling [3] system that Joel brought into our vision, but has a couple changes. <br><br>We had previously tried something similar within the TPG with mixed results. But it seems to have gone well with Discovery.
