On Firefox, there's also the nuclear option of forcing your default font 
to all websites (Privacy > Contents > Fonts > Advanced > Allow pages to 
choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above). Stylish is nice 
because you can disable custom fonts per-site, IIRC.
