Our own wonderful Arthur Richards gave a talk at the Global Scrum
Gathering in Phoenix (back in May). Links to that at the bottom.

I wanted to call this out especially in the context of a blog post that
John O'Duinn, who gave the We Are All Remoties talk for us back in
April, just posted today about Arthur's talk:
http://oduinn.com/blog/2015/06/11/the-canary-in-the-coal-mine/

"We both strongly agree that having people in different locations is
just a way to uncover the internal communication problems you didn’t
know you already have… the remote person is the canary in the coal mine.
Having a “we are all remoties” mindset helps everyone become more
organized in their communications, which helps remote people *and* also
the people sitting near each other in the office."

I think that's spot on.

Food for thought and also recognition that we work with awesome people.

Greg
