[QA] Jenkins Job Builder has been upgraded

Hello,

I have updated our Jenkins Job Builder fork in 
integration/jenkins-job-builder.git to catch up with latest upstream 
changes and a patch of our that got merged.

Tip of master is 11aa5de481afbbcdec0ed135ae45ef678c26a76b

Since some new dependencies got added, you will need to either:

* recreate the tox virtualenv, it should be sufficient to just delete 
the .tox directory.
* reinstall: pip install --user .
