[QA] deployment-bastion?

Hello,

deployment-bastion.deployment-prep.eqiad.wmflabs seems to have disappeared.
There might have been an announcement I have missed, but it is not clear to
me which host should be now used for doing beta deploys. There are
mira.deployment-prep.eqiad.wmflabs (whose MOTD should probably be changed
as it points people to deployment.eqiad.wmnet) as well as
deployment-tin.deployment-prep.eqiad.wmflabs. Should any of these be used?
If not, which one? It would also be nice to document that somewhere, too.
