[QA] Failing sauce labs URLs

https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T105589 has been open since July and
still is unfixed. It makes it very difficult to debug failing browser
tests in extensions. I've wasted a good 2 hours today trying to
replicate the conditions (not having the correct user rights on wiki
is one problem I'm hitting that Selenium user does not have).

I suspect this means it is not "high priority". Could you provide us
with an update on this task?
