We have skip last week meeting (Sep 22th) but just completed this week

We talked about:

* Update CI scaling (more jobs are being migrated)
* Jenkins console and collapsible sections

* Entry point for ruby (still missing)

Jan proposed to use a central Makefile that will autodetect what kind of
testsuite can be run. For example, presence of a package.json will run
'npm test'.
Will let us trivially run a set of common tasks on all repos
