[QA] mediawiki_selenium 1.6.2 patch release

Release notes:

- Fixed undefined `last_session_ids=` method bug in `RemoteBrowserFactory`
which entirely broke SauceLabs use in previous 1.6.x versions

It's critical that all 1.6.x users upgrade to fix SauceLabs usage in CI—it
should be as simple as incrementing the version in your `Gemfile` and
running `bundle install`. Users of pre-1.6 versions should follow the
upgrade documentation.[1]
