[QA] Wikidata issues on beta

The issues appear to be gone, mostly and not the same as experienced last
time.

When clicking Special:Random on beta wikidata, I sometimes get a 503 error.
Checking the hhvm logs, I see the usually hhvm errors we've been getting:

to Wikibase\\EntityHandler::getTitleForId() must be an instance of
Wikibase\\EntityId, Wikibase\\DataModel\\Entity\\ItemId given in

usually a reload (once or twice) fixes it. I am not quite sure what/how
this is being triggered and need to debug further.
