[QA] IMPORTANT: File path changes in production and Beta.

Forwarding a message from Wikimedia internal lists.  The MediaWiki
installation paths on beta cluster have changed.

The file system path to the MediaWiki deployment root on all servers
(Beta and prod) is now:

  /srv/mediawiki

On the deployment servers (tin and deployment-mediawiki01), there exists:

  /srv/mediawiki-staging

In shell scripts, PHP, and Puppet, these are referred to as
'MEDIAWIKI_DEPLOYMENT_DIR' and 'MEDIAWIKI_STAGING_DIR', respectively.

The following paths are gone:

  /a/common
  /a/common-local
  /apache/common
  /apache/common-local
  /usr/local/apache/common
  /usr/local/apache/common-local
  /srv/scap-stage-dir
  /data/project/apache/common-local

I updated <https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/How_to_deploy_code>
accordingly.
