[QA] Auto doc for our rubygems

Hello,

Our ruby gems mediawiki_api and mediawiki_selenium now have
documentation automatically generated and hosted on the Wikimedia
infrastructure.

We are using http://yardoc.org/ to do so and the result is uploaded at:

https://doc.wikimedia.org/rubygems/mediawiki-ruby-api/
https://doc.wikimedia.org/rubygems/mediawiki-selenium/

The doc self update after a change is merged.


They should be the same as the central rubydoc.info but I tend to like
us self hosting our material :-)

As a side effect, we have a macro in Jenkins to "easily" use bundle:
