Tests in Jenkins are using Firefox 27[1] (not sure why we did not upgrade)
and Sauce Labs supports only up to 31[2], so selenium-webdriver gem needs
to get updated only if the tests break when running on a local Firefox 32.

is there a way to share Gem versions between projects?

Each repository has a separate Gemfile on purpose, so each repository can
decide which gems and versions to use.
