If you (like me) need to downgrade in MediaWiki-Vagrant, this seemed
to work well:
$ sudo apt-get install firefox=28.0+build2-0ubuntu2
The "Provides" section of the output from the apt-cache command can be
used to see what versions the apt repos you are using have available:
$ apt-cache showpkg firefox
