[QA] all browser tests failing locally for me

Yeah, that's still the same. Haven't changed it:
export MEDIAWIKI_URL=http://core.local/index.php/

I run both the desktop and mobile versions from the same URL though. It
uses a cookie to remember which one I was using. Since cookies aren't
persistent through browser tests, I honestly have no idea how it was always
testing against the mobile version before, but it used to work fine.
