[QA] VisualEditor testability status right now

Hi QAers,

I know some of you are working with VisualEditor.   I wanted to let you
know that VE is significantly broken right now on both beta labs and also
on test2wiki and mediawiki.org.

The issues are mostly for Firefox, but you may also encounter strange
behavior from VE in Chrome.
We are actively working to fix VE in the test environments, but for now do
not assume that any behavior from VE is valid.
