We could add more browser by simply copy pasting the JJB recipes but
that is not nice and I am an idealist.

The idea would be to define for each projects the browsers we are
interested in instead of copy pasting a bunch of jobs which is hard to
maintain.

Anyway for context, my patch is https://review.openstack.org/100020 and
conflicts with another proposed patch https://review.openstack.org/85336

Both got a very helpful review, gotta amend them and have something nice
that will avoid copy pasting.
