[QA] Can not assign a bug

Hi,

I was pairing with Jagori today and she told me she can not assign this bug
to herself:

When I look at the bug, I see this:

Assigned To: Nobody - You can work on this! (edit) (take)

There are "edit" and "take" links, but she does not see them. She was
sharing her screen, so I was able to verify she was logged in, but the
links were not there.

Anybody knows what is the problem?
