[QA] Jenkins Job Builder users update your credentials

Hello,

The labs LDAP apparently has been altered/upgraded/something.  The
username in jenkins_jobs.ini is now case sensitive.

I had to:

 -username:hashar
 +username:Hashar


You can get your API token by:

- login with your labs account on https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/
- click on top right on your username
- click on left on 'Configure'
- take not of the value in 'Your name' field. That is the name you have
to use in jenkins_jobs.ini as a 'username' value
- press [Show API Token] button, reveal the hash to be used as
'password' value.
