[QA] possible test data issue to be aware of: random users in beta/test2wiki

This might be an issue. Users created on test2 are CentralAuth/global
users, so they appear in the new user logs which the stewards monitor for
spam bots. Hopefully those are being created with strong, secret passwords
too, so vandals can't start using them?
