[QA] Run UploadWizard API integration test against production...

I again Željko,

  I just checked the
console<https://wmf.ci.cloudbees.com/view/r-uw/job/UploadWizard-commons.wikimedia.org/14/console>of
the tests running against prod commons and
there is an error:

APIError: (u'unknownerror', u'Unknown error:
"wikimedia-globalblocking-ipblocked"')


  The tests are "PASSING" though, so there seems to be a config error here
!,
please fix and let us know if you need something in our side, thanx !
