Yesterday we had a significant meeting to discuss the past, present and
future of the deployment process for WMF wikis.

One thing that stood out for me was the number of people who referred to
how Etsy runs their deployment process.

Etsy has a good model, and I suspect that comparisons to Etsy will
continue, so I'd like to ask people to read about that process in some
detail:

* http://codeascraft.com/2011/04/20/divide-and-concur/  Note the division
of test types. Note the PHP code base.
* http://codeascraft.com/2011/10/11/did-you-try-it-before-you-committed/
Note that Etsy's 'try' server is modeled on Mozilla's 'try' server
* Mozilla's 'try' server: http://rhelmer.org/blog/buildbot-try-support
