[QA] Very long running VisualEditor job

There is something wrong with
https://wmf.ci.cloudbees.com/job/VisualEditor-en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org-linux-firefox/258/

At the time of writing it has been running for 3h40min when it usually
takes only little over 1h.

I noticed this because I've been waiting multiple hours for my Translate
job to run which on queue blocked by two VE jobs.
