So addshore and I tried to get coveralls to work but it bailsout when
submitting the clover XML report to coveralls.io API :-/
On the good news, we finally fixed up the Jenkins PHP Clover report by
simply ignoring phpunit segfault.
Report is now available from:
https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/job/mediawiki-core-code-coverage/
In addition to the phpunit report generated on
https://integration.wikimedia.org/cover/mediawiki-core/master/php/
