[QA] Test failing on enwiki

Sorry, didn't realize this was in production.  There were a lot of bugs and
meetings yesterday.

Looking at the screen shots, the pencil icon for editing seems to have not
become active and clickable within 5 seconds, it remains grey.

If there was an issue yesterday, it seems to be normal now; the build went
green overnight.
