[QA] How to link gerrit commit to parent issue in phabricator?

Hi,

I had submitted a patch just now :https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/179072/

How do I link this to the parent task am working on in phabricator:
https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T68369,

Earlier, I used to link using Bug# .I tried using T68369/bz66369,but both
doesn't seem to link to parent task.
