[QA] Beta maintenance from 2014-04-10T21:00Z to 2014-04-11T00:00Z

TL;DR: The jenkins job [0] that pushes new code into deployment-prep
(beta) will be disabled on and off from 2014-04-10T21:00Z to
2014-04-11T00:00Z.

I've been working towards getting scap running as part of the deploy
toolchain in beta. Things have gotten to the point where I need to
stop the update job that runs every 10 minutes to do some testing. I
could leave the job running during these tests, but it's likely to
fail horribly while I'm messing with things and it may make trouble
shooting my changes more difficult.

The super evil long term plan here is to change the Jenkins job so
that it runs scap to push code to the apache hosts in beta. See bug
63746 [1] for slightly more details.

I'll be on irc if you need to yell at me about this. :)
