[QA] List of contributors for bug 49313 fix

Thanks Željko!

The other major requirement in bug 49313 is to add a brief header with
licensing info to each file in the repo, but it seems to me that it might
make sense to add the header only to selected sections of the overall repo
structure:

qa-browsertests/
├── config
├── docs
└──* features*
    ├── backlog
    ├── *step_definitions*
    └── *support*
*        ├── modules*
*        └── pages*
*
*
To keep the change somewhat focused, I'm proposing to NOT add the licensing
header to files in the "config", "doc", and "features/backlog" directories,
as well as the "qa-browsertests" top-level directory.

If this approach sounds overly-complicated, I can simplify it by adding the
licensing header to every file in the repo.  If anyone has thoughts or
suggestions on the best solution, I'm all ears!
